 The Burren Smokehouse produces top quality Irish smoked fish made from was opened 20 years ago in the North Clare town of Lisdoonvarna by Birgitta & Peter Curtin. In 1995 they opened a visitor centre to offer visitors a chance to see how this specialist process works and to showcase local foods and crafts.We have been printing the Burren Smokehouse official t-shirts for years now and have come up with a few eye catching designs. The one pictured here is by Michael O'Connor and features the Irish legend "The Salmon of Knowledge". The design is vivid in its mosaic style and involves two very colourful blends.
